Operates the asphalt paver to lay mat efficiently and accurately across a range of project conditions.

Responsibilities and qualifications

  • Lay out paving runs in accordance with project plans and industry best practices.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on Weiler P385 and Astec RP pavers.
  • Hold a consistent, straight paving line, including on narrow or difficult paving widths.
