The appropriate sequence depends on the existing conditions and project requirements. Work can involve removal or milling, grading, aggregate base preparation, asphalt placement and compaction. Our documented Cornelia roadway improvements included full road and base removal on Foster Street for soil stabilization, aggregate base installation and asphalt courses, alongside separate overlay and edge-milling work on other streets.
