Oversees multiple crews and projects, serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling, budgeting and client communication.

• Communicate directly with general contractor project managers and superintendents.
• Schedule projects up to a month in advance.
• Read and scale construction plans accurately.
• Apply advanced spreadsheet and computer skills to project tracking and reporting.
• Manage project budgets and participate in work-in-progress meetings.
• Direct multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Hold foremen accountable for crew performance and overall job effectiveness.
• Schedule crews, subcontractors, inspectors and asphalt plants.
